Billing and Payments

All payments made for consultations are nonrefundable unless an exception is made by the website owner for extenuating circumstances as defined by the website owner on a case-by-case basis. If a consultation is missed without 48 hours prior notice, the payment is forfeit. Refunds are not issued for the purchaser's decision to forego the consultation as extensive preparation on the part of the astrologer must be undertaken.

Subscription services are billed monthly on the same date of sign up (i.e. If your sign up date is the 5th of the month, you are billed the 5th of every month). If you cancel your subscription, you will maintain access to members-only areas of www.astralabove.com up until the end of that paid billing cycle, and no further automatic payments will processed.

All sales on jewelry are final. No refunds are accepted. No exceptions. Exchanges can be made for defective merchandise.

One-on-One Consultations

Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the astrologer is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the astrologer. Client understands astrology is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client understands that astrology is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, the astrologer recommends that Client inform the mental health care provider.

Subscription Services

Users who subscribe to the Star Gazers™ plan will be given access to the members-only pages of www.joshrobbinsastrology.com as well as the member-only Facebook discussion forum.

Users who subscribe to the Astralnauts™ plan will be given access to the members-only pages of www.astralabove.com as well as the member-only Facebook discussion forum. Five monthly payments on the plan must be made prior to scheduling the first consultation that is included. Consultations can be scheduled at the discounted rate of 25% within the first five months. Each subsequent included consultation can be scheduled after the annual anniversary of the signup date.

Users who subscribe to the Cosmic Explorer™ plan will be given access to the members-only pages of www.astralabove.com as well as the member-only Facebook discussion forum. After the initial payment of $59.99 is made, you will be contacted to schedule your first coaching appointment. Any consultation can be scheduled at the discounted rate of 50% after the first two monthly payments have been made. Each subsequent consultation can be scheduled at the discounted rate of 50% at any time after the first two months.

Online Zoom Events

By registering for and attending this online event (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions established by Josh Robbins Astrology (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully before completing your registration. These terms govern participation, access, payments, and recordings related to the Event.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration Deadline: Registration and payment must be completed by the start time of the Event.
Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through our Wix checkout system and may be completed using PayPal.
Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable. If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their ticket to another person by notifying us in advance.
Sold Out Policy: Attendance is limited. Once the Event reaches capacity, no additional registrations will be accepted.

3. Access and Participation

Platform: The Event will be conducted via Zoom. A single access link will be emailed to all registrants prior to the Event.
Recording and Replay: The Event will be recorded and available for playback for 7 days following the session. The replay link will be emailed 24 hours after the event ends.
Participation: Cameras and microphones are optional but encouraged. Participants may engage via chat during the entirety of the event.
Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave respectfully, refrain from posting promotional links, and comply with standard Zoom etiquette. We reserve the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

4. Deliverables and Content

No presentation materials, transcripts, or handouts will be distributed after the Event.
The Event and its content—including spoken material, presentation, and meditation—are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

5. Spiritual and Educational Nature

This Event incorporates Kabbalistic and astrological practices, including spiritual prayers such as the Ana B’Koach. Participation is entirely voluntary. Results are not guaranteed, and astrology is presented as a correlational rather than causal discipline.

6. Eligibility and Code of Conduct

The Event is open to the general public.
Respectful participation is required at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts or diminishes the experience of others.

7. Cancellations and Force Majeure

If we must cancel the Event for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund.
The Event will not be rescheduled.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or technical failures), we shall not be held liable for non-performance.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

The Event is intended for educational and spiritual purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Participants accept full responsibility for their own well-being during and after the session.
Josh Robbins Astrology is not liable for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or participant device problems that may affect access or viewing quality.

9. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of Josh Robbins Astrology.
Participants may not record, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the Event without prior written consent.
Replay recordings are for registered participants only and are available for a maximum of 7 days after the Event.

10. Privacy and Data Use

Personal information (name, email, time zone) is collected solely for registration, event delivery, and communication.
We do not share this data with third parties.
By registering, you consent to receive future communications and marketing from Josh Robbins Astrology, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
Zoom recordings will be deleted within 7 days after the Event concludes.

11. Marketing and Promotion

We will not use any screenshots, participant footage, or identifiable images from the Event for marketing or social media purposes.
Participants are welcome to share the Event publicly or invite others to register, using their own words or our official promotional materials.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Florida state law.

13. Amendments and Notices

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registrants will be notified of updates via email and through the event webpage. Continued participation following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

User content

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.

You grant to Josh Robbins Astrology™ a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to Josh Robbins Astrology™ the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or Josh Robbins Astrology™ or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).

You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.

Other parties
